I'm off work today......and it's windy and rainy here in the midwest. I thought it was a good day today to make a big pan of lasagna!!

It smells sooooooo good

Will be done in about 1/2 hour.

Looks like the other half of that roasted chicked I grabbed from the market yesterday. Those are always good for two meals..including the generous helpings I give to my dog.

I don't know exactly what she is because she's a rescue..but I'm pretty sure she's mostly beagle, and maybe some lab or even dacshund throw into the mix. There are pictures somewhere on the pet thread. I just looked but I can't find them.

Maybe post some of your pets over there...
