LOL! I'll try to catch up!! Sounds like a daunting task tho!! A few suggestions.. -eliminate all outside distractions by closing the window blinds and sealing up all doors and windows -play soft music without lyrics -stock up on finger foods and other snacks and keep them by your computer desk -consider a mini refrigerator within arms length of the keyboard -maybe even get a bedpan and portapotty if you find you can't keep up with the frenetic posting rate With any luck you will be caught up on unread posts before the end of the decade. |

Until and unless this board picks up a head of steam, I've got it "free hosted". I pay a few bucks for "ad free credits" to keep the board ad free..but for now I'm not moving it to a hosting service...it's just not worth it. As part of the free service, the SMF software that runs this board has certain limitations. Smileys cannot be added..although there are some mods available that allow this. I had one added that had a bunch of smileys in it, but it slowed the page loads so I discarded it. I use a program I talk about in the computer section of this board, called "Phrase Express". It runs in the system tray, and allows you to store and categorize smileys, animated gifs, phrases, etc. One click and it places it right into your post (or other text document- whatever window is active on your pc when you click). It's easy to use and you can store unlimited smileys and it's fast, one click access. |

You get an error message when you try to upload a graphic to this board? That's odd..maybe you can tell me what it is or better yet provide a screenshot..? |
