The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.

This is a good one. Everyone's going to have some snags in their life, and it's how you respond to life's crisis that really matters.

I've taken a few hits in my life..this divorce, my building burning down in a fire, the loss of my mother at a young age..but if I knew at the time what I know now..that things are NEVER as bad as they seem..I would have gotten through it a whole lot better.

This divorce isn't "legally" over yet, but in my mind I have achieved relative "closure" and have saved myself a lot of grief.

Approach every catastrophe with an open mind. There are ALWAYS options, and if you are closeminded, and scared, and not thinking clearly, you won't see all of them.

Very true. I like that a lot.
