I like playing with graphics files...

I  made that animation using:

Kais Power Goo to morph the pic
Paintshop Pro to resize it to 150x150 which is standard for avatars
Easy Gif animator to put the morphed frames together and make an animation

All these programs are available for free or very inexpensively and are easy to work with.

You changed it.   The animation rhythms are different.  It still depicts your manic personality rather well tho.
